The X4-labs [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] has an optional larger base piece.
You should do some research and if they are interchangeable.

That might press into your skin a bit more since there would be less surface area. Maybe make it more prone to cracking or breaking even.

I have an X4 Labs [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words], and I also use the bigger base which IMO is much more comfortable then the normal base.
