Whats so special about this exercise

Plyometrics straight down and straight up? I did them today, not using A stretch though, I couldnt get into the A stretch for some reason. But I did the plyo exercise 10 sets of 100 down and up, but I dont feel like I got a good stretch. When I do Basic stretches I always get a good stretch afterwards. Today just felt like a day wasted Penis Enlargement'ing doing plyos.

PLYOMETRICS are not meant to replace a stretching routine but to supplement it. The actual PLYOMETRIC routine should be done a couple days a week in addition to your normal stretching routine. The purpose of PLYOMETRICS is to shock the ligaments and tunica into new growth. Read the PLOMETRICS thread to get a better understanding of the how's and why's.
 
Ohhhh. Ok. I thought that was the actual exercise. What you type it's just to inteligent sounding for me so I hardly understand most of it. The Plyos took almost 40 minutes for me to complete. How do you complete both Plyos and regular stretches in a session, that would take close to an hour and twenty minutes or so?
