I bought a penis stretcher, expensive but great investment and from stretching alone I have indeed gained some length and girth however I am still just under 6 inches and I'm trying to get to 7 eventually are there any exercises that I could add to my daily stretching as well as SAFE girth exercises. Horror stories about clamping have scared me off from it for the time being. I have started jelqing but sometimes it doesn't feel like I'm doing right, etc. and currently for jelqing I go through a lot of lotion so I started buying the cheap lotion just so I could have a lot of it.
