It depends on how you measure your flaccid penis too.

If you measure it hanging straight down, then I bet quite a few members on here have a 7" flaccid.

If you measure the way I prefer, which is holding it perpendicular to your body without stretching it or pressing the ruler, then 7" is pretty damn huge. Mine is about 4.5" when I measure this way, but I gain a whole inch if I measure it dangling down...

Ah, yes. I've been using FastSIZE for almost 1.5 years and increased my hang from 5.9" to 7.5" while at the same time increasing erect 1". Hmmmm. If I keep this up, my flaccid will be longer than my erect in a couple years. ?

Well, someone asked the question and I had the answer. Of course you know I was kidding about flaccid getting longer than erect, but I'll take equal. I can't imagine hanging 12", but it is an interesting image that I wouldn't mind seeing in the mirror one day. Wonder when my wife will first notice (if she hasn't already and just hasn't commented)? Fun topic.
