I would like to hear some opinions on time vs intensity. Say for instance I hang 5 lbs for 30 min. Would it be the same as 10 lbs for 15 min or 2.5 for an hour? Would using an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] for 2 hrs be as good as say the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words]? I don't think anyone will have a definite answer but what do y'all think?

To me it seems longer is better. I think maybe I can't get enough intensity with my hands. I can't wait to get a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]length master[/words] to put massive intensity for a shorter time.
 
I just started hanging today, I'm starting out with 5lb 3 sets 10 min. each. As I get comfortable I'm going to up the minutes to 15 then 20 and increase the weight when I get used to the 20 min. sets. You should start out light, like at 5lb instead of going straight for the 10lb. Do what your comfortable with, there's no reason you have to be in pain hanging for an excessive amount of time, in my opinion. I think 20 min. sets is a good limit.

Or would an hour of hanging work. Does time and intensity interchange.... meaning 10 lbs for an hour is the same as 20 lbs for 30 min or 5 lbs for 2 hrs? Does it all equal the same?
 
I think you should do the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] and then strap yourself into your [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] for as long as you can afterwards. Take a break to manually stretch for 5 mins every hour to hour and a half. You want to heal in a lengthened state!!

Right, I don't think 100 lbs for six minuets is equal to 10 lbs for 60 minuets when it comes to our penis, nor would 600 lbs for 10 seconds work. I am not sure what the advantages are, if any, to hanging vs extending.
