what do some of the pe veterans think

ive been doing pe on and off since febuary and i just started with a real routine in may / june . my first gains came in girth from jelqing .the begining at the end of june a realy started to hit it with the stretches and i have gained in length but a little of the girth has suffered from it . i seem to be gaining length easier than girth but i seem to get the girth pretty good too .
so im just wondering the connection between the 2 .does gaining more length
allow you to make more girth gains or does more girth allow for more length?
just a little something i have been pondering ?:(
 
im not exactly what you would call a veteran but i would think that the 2 dont really depend THAT much on each other. Length is determined by your ligaments whereas girth isnt (to put it in one easy to understand sentence). Thats what i think
 
Yeah, the only thing that would effect each other in my opinion was if you were working length by stretching the tunica, then going straight into a girth routine. I believe that this would actually help the gains in both areas though.
