Might be the camera angle not favouring him but i say i DOES NOT IMPRESS ME AT ALL in this particular pic, i say it looks an 8 incher to me and none more than 8.5".
Just discount the part of the ruler that is in all effects measuring part of his thigh/leg and what do you end up with??
I seem to remember seeing a picture around here were he was being measured and it was only showing 6.25 girth and the tape was not even tight. When you consider that he pumps before every session that means he may only be in the 5.5 to 5.75 girth range.
