Weird vein going up near the head of my penis

I never really noticed this but when I'm jelqing sometimes when stretching I see a small vein going up near the head of my penis is this dangerous and what could cause this.

Could be regular penis anatomy, the penis is a very vascular structure. With no pictures or real details to go by though....who knows?
