guys i need length i'm in the 7.3-7.5 bpel area but would like to get as much as possible. any advice or any manual exercises that you would recommend to getting the max length possible. I've been pe'ing for a while so the newbie and other stuff i've tried. additional info: i do not have any pe equipment just manual exercises please.

The best place to start a manual length routine is using the Newbie Routine, which is a version of Phase 1 of the Matters of Size Program. It will teach you the basics of Penis Enlargement and how to start a manual program. If you have any questions please ask.

Look around the forum, there's plenty of 'em available for you. If you don' have the time to dedicate to that, join the pay site and get everything all in one place with videos to compliment them.

I think it is $60 and the benefits are being able to see the exercises opposed to reading about them. The huge library of exercises takes the guess work out of much of learning Penis Enlargement. You get the medical illustrations that really help with comprehension, 5, phased routines that bring you from beginner to pro. In addition, it is lifetime, which means you will have access to the massive updates that are coming up.
 
The first thing I'd do is hit those suspensory ligs. You're probably where I was a while back and feeling stuck on length.

I just started doing more lig stretches and I can see around a 1/4" change when stretched out.

DLD was talking about that in another discussion and I started doing more downward stretches while sitting on the edge of a chair naked. I also returned to doing my admirals, a deep grip shaft pull, and I'm seeing progress.

Pull it down and hit those ligs!

You should get a PE device at this stage of your PE journey. It gets tougher as you gain further. We have some wonderful devices available now. You can check the MOS shop and see things for yourself.
