I just came up with this idea today at work. I was trying to get some kegals in today and found that walking is the perfect way to keep a consistent kegal pattern. What i did today that seemed great was; on one step flex your bc, on the next step release your bc, and so on. I did it for a while and i think if you could get in the habit of always kegaling while walking your dick would be invincible after a while.
Just a thought, I think its worth a try!
