Walking BC Workout

Hey Guys,

I just came up with this idea today at work. I was trying to get some kegals in today and found that walking is the perfect way to keep a consistent kegal pattern. What i did today that seemed great was; on one step flex your bc, on the next step release your bc, and so on. I did it for a while and i think if you could get in the habit of always kegaling while walking your dick would be invincible after a while.

Just a thought, I think its worth a try!;)
 
That's a good idea. Beat's sitting around and doing it. I usually do kegels on the bus but I'll give this a go too.
 
I think it would be amazing to kegal subconciously. I think thats going to be my goal. Ill keep practicing and let you guys know if its doable.
 
I´ve been trying to kegel while walking lately, but most of the time I just forget about it (how come kegels are so frikkin hard to remember?).

It´s a different feeling kegeling when walking, I think it helps to gain more control over the BC muscle than just doing it sitting down.

Great idea. How about some 10 and 50 steps holds too? Will try variations tomorrow.
 
yes it is a different feeling, and i agree that it does help to gain controll.

The multiple second holds sound good too.

I would like to restate that the porpose of every step is to allow your muscle to accustom to always flexing on every other step so that you may not have to even think about it, aiming at working it subconciously.

I used to kegel subconsciously way back when I was 16 and just did them all the time. When I picked up again a week ago I did them nonstop without thinking, and totally overworked the muscle leading to no erections for a few days. It's doable, just make sure you don't take a break or it's painful when you start again.

Did all that kegaling get you anywhere?
 
Subconcious Penis Enlargement sounds like a damn good idea! I don't walk much at the moment but these will be getting tried when I get back to University :)
