I am really thinking about making this purchase as I have been going on and off Penis Enlargement now for years and I never have really stuck to it but I think that this might be the perfect product for me!

I am cut as well. I can pull skin over the glans however in a flaccid state. My dick looks like 1.5" stump when I do that however.
If you can do that, you can wear the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words]. It is not as comfy for me though as it is for some other guys apparently (cut and uncut)

Finally: Consider that the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words], while it might not be intended to, still grows back your foreskin to some extent. Some are happy about this, I for one have cut back on the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words] a bit for this very reason.

I agree 100% with Sir Kyle - I am cut and it works fine with me - can wear it for hours without issue

Ah right but does it cause you to have a flap of skin around the cut that is stretched out?

It will probably give you more shaft skin while erect but it isn't going to give you enough to cover the glans while erect. You will have more coverage while flaccid.

I would really like to purchase the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words] but i am cut and am afraid of developing a foreskin. (no offense to those who have or want to get it back.)

i would really love a solid answer as to whether it will give the foreskin restoration.
