Virus on Mattersofsize

Why is it every second time I go on this site my antivirus blocks a trojan horse.I would like a reply from dld and other members if this is happening to them
 
i have this problem aswell I use AVAST and it happens weather i use IE or firefox....i think the antivirus doing its job isnt an excuse to not look into the problem...i surf multiple forums for all sorts of things and never get notified I blocked a trojan horse till i come on here....just sayin
 
I will have the site scanned but can you please send me the link of the problem from your anti-virus. ANy information you can give will help them find the problem.

My question is it looks like its part of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]mos[/words] site cause every time i either type in this forum into my browser or get the link from google this happens.I could only get onto this site by googling [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]mos[/words] with somthin like jelquing to 2 get sent to some one elses post to get on??

Me 2 i use avast and IE.Strange it would happen just on this site cause i mean i go on other forums and get around the net a bit??
 
I am trying every browser through various search engine responses with no issues. WHat I would need to rectify this issue is the report given to you by your virus software so I can tell my techs. Without this it is like searching for a needle in a haystack.
 
Doesn't your scanshield give you a report on just WHAT it found?

Details are always helpful; narrow down the specific type of threat to look for: Malware, Trojan, virus signature, open re-direct link...etc.

The more info you can actually supply the quicker and more thoroughly the "threat" can be eliminated.

it was sporadic before...only once in every ten or so visits...I will keep the feelers out over the next few days/weeks and update...thanks for workin on it...not a huge issue but im sure its something people will be grateful is resolved.
 
Also remember that, depending on the vendor, a lot of malware detection programs return false positive results.
The "wisdom" of erring on the side of caution.

Anytime you report something like this; the more details you can provide-the better.
