Notes of the day:
Had a really great stretch and after changing how I put the LengthMaster on, I'm now able to get it on without my glans being smashed or erect when placing it on. Finally, for the first time I was able to clamp it down all the way and I think this made a huge difference in my stretching. Since it takes me a while to actually go through getting the LengthMaster on and not getting erect while doing it and then actually stretching, I've decided I'm going to split up the normal stretches and expressive stretches.
From now on I will be alternating days when I'm expressive stretching/when I'm doing normal stretches.
From my experience, I feel the greatest stretch when doing bundled stretches. Stretching today actually felt good and was a pleasant experience and didn't feel so foreign.
I measured after stretching and my BPFSL was at 7in, that's 0.125in increase.
ADS - Today I had some water retention in the glans. I think this will go away if I remove the SiliStretcher and put it back on.
Can anyone confirm if this will help?
Did the 5x5x3 today. In the MityVac, I did 4 minutes 30 seconds at 5-7hg and then 30 seconds at 10hg. I put more effort into the Slow Squash Jelq and I'm becoming more comfortable with the movement.
Took some girth measurements to check my expansion and wow... It was a lot more than last time.
GEG - 5.5in (up from 5.125in)
MSEG - 5.25in (Up from 4.75in)
NBPBEG - 5.75in (Up from 5.125in)
