Notes of the day:
Had a really great stretch and after changing how I put the LengthMaster on, I'm now able to get it on without my glans being smashed or erect when placing it on. Finally, for the first time I was able to clamp it down all the way and I think this made a huge difference in my stretching. Since it takes me a while to actually go through getting the LengthMaster on and not getting erect while doing it and then actually stretching, I've decided I'm going to split up the normal stretches and expressive stretches.
From now on I will be alternating days when I'm expressive stretching/when I'm doing normal stretches.

From my experience, I feel the greatest stretch when doing bundled stretches. Stretching today actually felt good and was a pleasant experience and didn't feel so foreign.

I measured after stretching and my BPFSL was at 7in, that's 0.125in increase.

ADS - Today I had some water retention in the glans. I think this will go away if I remove the SiliStretcher and put it back on.
Can anyone confirm if this will help?

Did the 5x5x3 today. In the MityVac, I did 4 minutes 30 seconds at 5-7hg and then 30 seconds at 10hg. I put more effort into the Slow Squash Jelq and I'm becoming more comfortable with the movement.

Took some girth measurements to check my expansion and wow... It was a lot more than last time.
GEG - 5.5in (up from 5.125in)
MSEG - 5.25in (Up from 4.75in)
NBPBEG - 5.75in (Up from 5.125in)

That’s awesome to see your expansion increasing this means you are cementing your growth. Once you learn how to wrap the lengthmaster becomes the most comfortable tool available. I’m so happy you’re having great success with that also. I hope you enjoy your time off.

LengthMaster gets more comfortable the more I use it. Ligs are starting to get used to being stretched.
Really trying to increase the amount of bundled twists so that I can reach a complete twist for bundled stretches.

BPFSL before LengthMaster was 6.825in
BPFSL after LengthMaster was between 7in and 7.125in

What are you incredible thing to see growth right after a session. Albeit temporary it does give You a peak into the future! I’m also psyched to see you reaching 7.25, 8 inches is not far away

Been pretty busy and I haven't been able to put time into PE over the past week. I'm going to put in more time starting next week and I plan on doing girth tomorrow.

Out of curiosity I measured and I retained the increase of slightly over 0.125in for BPFSL and I have a slight gain under 0.125 BPEL.
This has shown me that I need to be way more dedicated than I have been to get the gains I desire.

Well I’m very happy that you have seen this growth and it is definitely a cause for celebration. Putting things into overdrive would mean creating a new routine, adding to this routine or increasing the intensity of the current routine.

What are you doing right now and how much time are you putting into it? Do you have additional time in your day to include new exercise what do you think it’s a better idea to rewrite a new routine?

The problem is that I struggle getting all of it done and doing it consistently. As of right now I haven't actually been doing every exercise every day I train.

why don’t we try to trim it down a bit and make it more realistic for you. I think the first thing we can do is separate your length and girth days. This would mean one day on length and one day on girth. This may give you the focus in time you need. But we can go even farther than that by spreading the exercises over days instead of one day. Meaning you could do your Lengthmaster session on a Monday, your girth on a Tuesday and then do power assist exercises on Wednesday, etc. This will also allow you to focus more with much less time. Let me know which way you want to go and we can tailor your routine for your schedule

You are on point my brother that is exactly what I meant and this is going to go so much easier for you and give you so much more focus over frustration. Now you can put all of your efforts into what you’re doing without worrying about time or if you’ll be able to get everything in. This is a very smart move and I support it 100%. It also does not take you out of the SRT methodology, your routine is still build an SRT.
