Straight Down Rotary Stretch : 25-Cranks
Straight Out

This is only my second time using the LengthMaster. I definitely can tell I'm stretching the ligaments because the LengthMaster is intense. Especially with the bundled stretches. I can only do a half twist and it's amazing to think that some of you in the brotherhood can do up to two twists. I must have some very tight ligaments, hopefully that means I have the opportunity to be a big gainer. What do you think @DLD? I'll be doing girth later tonight. Hopefully I'm not sore so I can actually jelq this time.
Edit: I was too sore for jelqing. I need to used to stretching
