3 Hours of ADS

This is only my second time using the LengthMaster. I definitely can tell I'm stretching the ligaments because the LengthMaster is intense. Especially with the bundled stretches. I can only do a half twist and it's amazing to think that some of you in the brotherhood can do up to two twists. I must have some very tight ligaments, hopefully that means I have the opportunity to be a big gainer. What do you think @DLD? I'll be doing girth later tonight. Hopefully I'm not sore so I can actually jelq this time.

Edit: I was too sore for jelqing. I need to used to stretching

Interesting information I have read about. Not sure if it's factual.

I read on another website - not going to say the name because I don't know the rules regarding that - that it takes roughly 1350 hours per inch. Is this true? I'll let you know when I get there.

Also on the X4 Extender make by X4Labs (apparently they are no longer around), I read in the past that an extender can provide a max of 33% increase in length and a max of 35% increase in girth. If this is true, then my max will be 9in length and 6.75in girth.

I have no idea if either of these claims are true, but I intend to find out LOL

I love it my brother it looks awesome! I’m so glad you’re getting everything in. I’m also happy that the lengthmaster is going very well for you. I really look forward to your first measurements.

Used the MOSRED Light for the first time today! Any tips for protecting my balls or how to use this thing. The only way I could figure out how to keep it 4-6 inches away was to sit on my floor when using it (xd)

Getting back at it today though.
My leech oil finally came in this weekend.
Also bought a ruler and remeasured. Turns out I'm not 7in, I'm 6.875in.

What I did for Feb. 17th, 2021:

5 minutes of Mandingo stretch
10 minutes of MityVac Pumping at 5-7hg
10 minutes using the Cock Ring
Achieved a MSEG pump of 5in, normal is 4.75in.
Massaged leech oil in for 3-4 minutes.

I was surprised how thick my cock became in just 10 minutes of the MityVac without even using the slow squash jelqs.

I didn't do near as much as I wanted.... will do more tomorrow.
I won't be getting any PE in over the weekend.

How much expansion are you seeing right now?

I measured 45 minutes after doing my girth work and was semi flaccid in my cock ring.
Was about 80-85% erect and measured 5.125in MSEG and and 5.5in GEG.
That's an expansion of 0.375in for each of those.

How good is that compared to what should be expected?

that is pretty typical between .30 and .50 but some men do see up to an inch. But all that really matters is you’re seeing expansion beyond your normal expansion, this means you’re gaining and all it takes is cementing it.
