Varying Fowfering Techniques

Couple of questions I would very much appreciate answered.

1) can you fowfer (LAS) every day for as many hours as you want (with breaks for circulation), or is there a limit?
2) would there be any added benefits to fowfering after twisting your penis first (twisting one way perhaps one day, the other way the next)?
3) is fowfering with the penis centered with your crack sufficient, or would there be any additional benefits to sitting on it hanging to the left and right also?
4) can you do kegel exercises while sitting on your penis?
5) after a fowler session my flaccid penis hangs incredibly, is there any correlation between my flaccid hang before and after fowfering regarding future permanent gains? What I am asking is if my flaccid hang is much longer than my normal flaccid state, and it is well over twice as long after fowfering, does it mean my penis is capable of reaching that longer size if I do a lot of fowfering?

Lazy Ass Stretch - same thing. Pull your penis under your butt then sit on it. Great pull affect without needing your hands once you are seated.
