I know of noone with a positive opinion of the wench. But, then again, perhaps I am wrong. Am I?

I haven't used it. But as far as I know it was revolutionary when it came out. With it you can create much more intensity in comparison to just using your hands. You will not rip your head off.
I have used a broomstick to increade the intensity of my stretches. But the wrench = Power Assist 2, will be even more intense because you have much more leverage then a broomstick.
But if you want the most amount of intensity you should get LENGTHMASTER 3.
No better device out there for increasing your length.
