Under clamp cushions.

I'm curious to know what everyone else uses as their under clamp cushion. I'm a beginner to clamping, I took a sock and cut it to size and wrapped with that. I have a lot of extra scrotum skin (turkey neck I guess) and it gets caught up under the wrap and when I clamp down to the final three teeth it really pinches the skin to the pain of pain. I really hate it, does anyone else have this problem?

I'm assuming it might be the sock causing this, what else can I use for wrap and where can I get it?

I'm also getting tons of broken blood vessels/red spots as a result from clamping, is this normal?

I folded it open/flat, and cut off the part that flaps over the pump and discarded it. What's left is an excellent soft silicone cylinder about 1.5 inches wide that fits perfectly under the cable clamp. You can see the sleeve style here:

I was thinking along the lines of a memory foam type solution. I wonder if they can make something like this, it would be very cool. Maybe even companies like [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] and [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] could use something like this, making the base very comfortable. In the meantime the NBA wrist band is fine, as long as it is the Chicago Bulls

I made my new cushions from http://www.amazon.com/Doc-Johnson-The-Tube-Clear/dp/B0027CU1MQ

Its UR3, (A Phthalate-free) rubber and its awesome. I bought, then cut it into 2 peices, 2.5 inches and 3 inches. On the sides that were cut, I melted down the rubber edges with a lighter so they wouldn't split from stretching. Its completely comfortable and the pressure and expansion hold tight. I also wear the cushions at night as a gentle anti-turtle measure. Here's some pics with the clamps. The first pic is of this new one on the left next to my old one on the right..as posted earlier in this forum. That one got way stretched out though. I also like these new ones cause the cushioning is thicker:
