Yes, DLD calls them bundled stretches. There is also a bundled stretch in which you pull from both ends. It is DEFINITELY an advanced stretch. I tried them after three years or more under my belt. The blaster, of course, always enhances any stretch.
the are really for length i do them alot. they are good for putting in a maliable state for lenth gains. good for flaccid stretch. i do them before i hang
