That’s also what they did on the other PE forum I was a member of previously. It just shows how hateful and pityful they are, talking shit because they are envious of you and the members of MOS gaining BIG.

Personally after joining MOS it’s reignited my passion for PE and learned a ton of new techniques. This forum is by far the best PE forum I’ve ever been a part of, and the brotherhood on here is waaay better than on the other forum. It can’t even be compared.

Just do your best to ignore the shit talking, but I do understand that it can be frustrating.
 
Day 1 week 6 is complete!
A little frustrated and ill explain why...
For almost 15 minutes into my session I wasn't getting any elongation in my extender.
I was thinking, no way this is possible. I took a week off, the tension is set, etc.
Just to find out I had yet another damn hole in my sleeve😑
Finished out the last 10 minutes with a new sleeve and finally started getting the strain I needed.
Despite over half my session getting screwed over I hit 1.96% elongation post workout.
Since today's session felt like a waste due to equipment malfunction I will be doing another session tomorrow even tho I'm trying to do 1 day on 1 day off.
I'll update with hopefully good news tomorrow

We all have setbacks, just keep going brother. When most quit you keep going, you never stop. You look back in 6 months, and you realize how far you have come. You will find a way to make it happen.

Nothing is waste. You got some elongation, that's the most important, even if it wasn't perfect. It doesn't need to be perfect.

Keep growing brother. 💪

So happy you found the problem and are now getting good expansion
 
Last session before I move.
I won't be able to train again until Saturday so I'm glad I got a solid workout in today.
Moving across the country and the only thing I'm thinking about is how soon I can get back in the extender haha

First workout of week 6 is done

Had 4 days off of training.
Despite that I hit a new post workout elongation of 3% at my current workload which is still only 25 minutes total in the extender at 5lbs of tension

Finished with 10 minutes of interval pumping and got 3.5% expansion in that time.
I don't remember correctly but I believe the post workout expansion for pumping to be effective for growth is 4-6%

Girth isn't my goal rn so I'm not worried about it. I pump after my extender work to cement what tissue was broken down during length work.

Still wanted to document that since I thought that was a pretty impressive expansion in such a short time frame

Just got done with my last session of week 7 (technically 8)
Hit 2.47% increase post workout.

But this is the 2nd session in a row where I got 0 expansion in the pump post workout.
I do have slight edema forming tho.

I do feel fatigued so I'm going to take 7 days off of training.

I'll start back up on October 2nd

I'm still hitting proper metrics on length training but when it comes to pumping looks like I'll graduate and move up to 7.5Hg (been pumping at 7hg for last 4 weeks)
 
I'm back!
The week off was a success.
I say that because my sensitivity is insane.
Did 10 minutes of pumping at the end of my length routine and it felt like I was getting sucked off in the tube haha
Seriously I can't remember the last time I almost had an orgasm from just pumping

Last session of the week is complete!

83 days consistent.

I will be adding another 5 minute set to my sessions starting Monday before I take a week off starting on 10/30

So I will have a total of 40 minutes in the apex with 6lbs of tension
 
Tomorrow starts another recovery week for me.

My post workout elongation was hovering around 2%
The first time it hasn't dropped below that in a training block which is awesome.
I'm still going to take a week off to allow some fatigue to settle.

But I really think im going to finally get to 8 BPEL in the next training block
Which is going to be 3 months.
I'm finally up to a good amount of time in the extender and using more than 5lbs of tension.
I feel like I'm fully primed for some growth

I did buy a total man cup that will be here next week.

I use the water trick for anyone wondering how I protect my head with vacuum extending.

It works with the cheap plastic cups but it's a pain in the ass for me.

I found a video of a guy doing it with the cup I bought and it looks significantly easier so I'll keep you guys updated on how that goes.
