Update from the last 30 days routine.
The only gains I made were BPSFL.
Not too upset because there were days I only did 1 20 minute session.
And I also missed 4 days total of manual work.
I'm going to switch it up and try out bundled mandingo stretches in the LM.
Going to aim for 2×20 minute sessions.
I want to try them out because I've never done them, and I've been doing downward bundled stretches off and on for awhile now and I don't want to get bored of my routine.

The only thing I can think of is since I switched to mandingo stretches its a new sensation for me and my body wasn't ready to adapt.

Strapped on my ADS. Then about 6 hours later I looked down when I took it off and realized I had some gnarly blisters.
Only good thing is they're not painful at all but it sucks that I haven't been able to do PE since then.
Its frustrating but ill proceed with more caution once I'm fully healed up.
Any advice to prevent this from happening again?
I like to think im seasoned in PE so I shouldn't be getting injuries like this.

Vacuum ADS causes blisters but there should be a learning curve to it. If what you have is the Silistretcher then this post below by @VoorheesXIII should solve the problem

Sounds like a tolerance issue that needs to be gradually built up to. A quarter to a half turn is absolutely the most you need to turn the vacuum knob but the user must remember that as you apply stretch force the vacuum inside the bell will increase (anyone who has done HC bathmate/ MityVac stretches can attest to that) so the pressure is 2 fold in that sense.

The remedy? Less pressure when applying the device to your dick & a much more gentle stretch force to start with until that tolerance is built up, it may feel slow going starting again like that but all pe equipment goes through a similar learning curve.

I've had bruising as well as peeling/dry skin on the glans going too hard with the SiliStretcher, it happens, let the skin heal, use a good quality vitamin E cream on your junk when not doing pe to keep your skin happy and see how you go.

I feel you there my brother, I actually got my first blister ever recently. Got me out for a week, it was a small one thou according to the PE master @DLD

Now I will advice sleep and eat well, sleep a lot, let it rest, dont pop the blister let it heal.

And after some 5-6 days or more based on your observations, you can use “Hydrocolloid Patch” on top of it, to resume your workouts.

Thats what I did :)

Dont pop the blister, but if it already happened the “hydrocolloid patch” is gonna be awesome to help it heal just patch it up!

If you dont mind me asking. ¿Whats your current line of protection from the vacuum pressure? ¿Do you use a silicap? If you do, do you tape your glans and then wear the silicap? Cause I would highly suggest you do! Or at least use alot of talcum inside of that silicap to avoid that friction.


Or BETTER yet just tape your glans.

I can give you guidance of how I have avoided blisters since I resumed my workouts.

By the way it works, I spend like 4 hours total vacuum hanging yesterday, with food and social breaks in between. Zero injuries

Thank god you didnt! Besides the scarring it takes longer to heal and having the new skin exposed its painful.

I’m planning on gaining length pretty soon, I actualy have only manual stretched but got into a plateau BPFL wouldn’t pass 20cm I would have to really force it to get to 20.5. But thats like cheating.

Yesterday I measure flaccid size it got to 20.5 effortless.

And I’ve had only 3 session of hanging so far. So very encouraging start. Also I’ve been able to my right size like never before, its my stubborn side haha.

Ok I see sili cap! Do you use talcum underneath,
im curious cause im actually interested in trying it.

I guess yes it was more than what your glans could handle.

I tape it with 3m tape, very nice, took me 3 sessions to master it haha its super easy.

2. Tape your glands with 3m tape, clamp your dick and tape it while erected. Never bad to be extra extra careful to avoid blisters soecially while sleeping.


3. Try wearing it while erect to see if its safe.
Or if you need a bigger something cup or sleeve.

4. Once all of this are checked.
Wake up super auper early so whenever you get home your exhausted. This will let you fall
Asleep easy with no easy

I'm a firm believer in keeping yourself stretched as long as possible. It makes so much more sense when it comes to growing.
I keep very little tension while sleeping though. I think of it more as an anti turtling concept when I'm wearing it while sleeping.

DO NOT sleep with an ADS if you don't have at least a month of wearing one, 8 hours a day everyday under your belt.
I made the mistake of doing that when I first started out.
Woke up about 2 hours later to pee and my entire dick was numb (wasn't used to the vacuum) and thank God feeling came back after a few minutes after I took it off.
I was scared I was never going to get feeling back.

For all the guys starting out with PE I hope you read this.

Before I got my blister I was still sleeping with it.

The more time stretching the faster you will grow. There is no limit on stretching
 
Here's the new routine im doing to build back up tolerance.
Hanging with vacuum ADS
3×20 minutes with 3 minutes rest between each set.
1st set is 2.5lbs
2nd is 5lbs
3rd is 7.5lbs
I've done this the past 2 days and then strapped on the phallosan and kept it in the high green for the remainder of the day until bed time.
Using the phallosan over the SS right now only because the vacuum on the SS is superior and it doesn't have a way to accurately measure force like the phallosan.
I'm going to keep doing this routine the remainder of the week. Possibly bump it up to 2 times a day just because the weight really isn't that heavy.
I don't feel comfortable doing any kind of stretches with the LM just yet.
Compression workouts are much more strenuous on the head of the penis than vacuum workouts in my experience.
So far my head isn't getting any kind of discoloration whatsoever from my hanging sessions.
I'll also mention that I check and re-attach my ADS every hour to make sure no discoloration or blisters are forming again.
I hope to be doing my bundled stretch routines in the LM by the beginning of next week.

I've gotten noticeably big blisters on my head after my hanging sessions.
BUT
I apply hydrocortisone cream and sit under red/nir light for 15 minutes post workout and my blisters are 100% gone in about 4-5 hours.
Did I find the cure to blisters from PE?

As happy as I am that they are going away so quickly I don't want them coming back everyday.
So tomorrow I will be compression hanging instead of vacuum and see if that fixes it.

I don't know if this has been said yet but I think I found a pro tip when it comes to gaining girth and making that girth wider instead of just overall thickness.
It involves the 5×5×3 routine.
Except when you get to your slow squash jelqs, throw on a duro ring at the extreme base.
Then grab the ring at the base of your penis, and squeeze your fingers around it but apply the pressure on the top and bottom of the ring.
You'll see (and feel) it causes the expansion to go sideways therefore making your dick grow out wider giving it more fullness and truly giving it that thick look.
It works perfectly because the ring keeps the blood in more than just your hands so you're able to manipulate exactly which way you want the blood to expand.
Then press the palm of your other hand on the head of your dick and slowly push the ring up as you're squeezing it.

I'll be honest and let you know I fell off my routine. I got an injury a couple months back to where I was peeing blood and had intense pain in my testicles.
Had to be hospitalized. Long story short im better now.

Ready to get back into a routine because at the end of the day I actually like doing PE. The results are just a product of the work.

I actually got reached out to do an adult film in the near future.
Another reason why I'm wanting to get back on track and be the biggest and best I can be.
It's been awhile since I've taken measurements but I do know im hovering around 7.5 inches Erect (bone pressed).
And I haven't measured girth but I know it's still up there.

Any PE veterans have an intense routine for me?
I'm able to do PE all day at the moment.
Any advice is always greatly appreciated!

I honestly don't know dude.
Shit was happening down there and I went to the doc. Full blood work, urine cultures, cat scan, everything came back fine.
I said there's no way blood in your piss is fine.
So my guess is I pumped too hard on my last session.
I dry pump and I did notice a little blood in my precum on the side of the cylinder when I was done.
But I didnt start having pain until days after that.

How much girth gains have you made from pumping/SSJ and how long did it take you to make those gains?
The biggest my girth was about 5 3/4 inches. I'm definitely still around that when fully erect.
My goal is to make it to 6 inches mid shaft girth but im definitely taking my girth gain progress slowly

I just started with hanging with the SS a few days back, doing 1-2 hours of interval hanging, that is: hang for 5 minutes, 1 min off, then repeat until 1-2 hours is up.

But if my dick is extremely fatigued like it is now ill opt for hanging because it doesn't feel as intense but is still a workout.
I do vacuum hang with the SS and I prefer vacuum hanging over traditional hanging methods.
I've always done the pyramid hanging routine.
So 20 minutes with 4lbs
5 min break
20 minutes with 6lbs
5 min break
20 minutes with 8lbs

The weight can be adjusted depending on your experience and what you respond to.
I know some guys can practically hang a small Buick from their dong no problem

There is no need to hang. The length master bundled stretches and wearing of the SiliStretcher will give you all the gains you need.

Over work is not good. This is why I'm discouraging him from hanging.

I take longer breaks because it is vacuum hanging and the last time I tried hanging with short breaks I got blisters on my head.
I don't think its a concern because the time under tension is outweighing the break period.
And during my 5 minute break I'm staying warm and stretching it bringing it more blood flow. So I don't give it a chance to pull back.
But like @huge-girth says the LM is superior.
I'll always go with my LM sessions as a priority.
But if im feeling ambitious or bored and I want a little more active PE for the day I'll do hanging as well.
