But essentially you fill up a vacuum cup with a little bit of water
Maybe 1/4 inch
Slide your head in the cup facing DOWN
Roll the sleeve over your penis (still facing down)
Once the sleeve is securely on you now want the cup facing UP
now you pull the pin up on the cup letting the air that accumulated at the top out, at the same time press the cup DOWN INTO YOUR HEAD/PENIS
Hold your penis with the other hand to make a secure seal.
this is going to get all the air out, some water will come out as well so keep a towel close by.
Once you've gotten all the air out close the pin.
Do some manual stretches to make sure that a seal has been made.
Once it's been made you can now hang or extend at will.
There's a light film of water between the head of your dick and the plastic on the bell that cushions it and prevents blisters.
Once a day max.
Sometimes I take a day off completely.
For example,
If I make plans to see someone in a couple days I won't masturbate/ejaculate until I see them.

As of now I’m aiming for 9-10 inches BPEL so about 1+ inch away from my length goal.
With Girth I need about 1 inch more as well, so I definitely have work to do in that departement.
As of now I’m just as long as the Gillette can when I hold it besides my penis and when I have pumped I’m almost just as thick as it too.
I will definitely reach my goals, doesn’t matter how much I have to wear my extender and pump. My mind is set.

I didnt measure pre or post workout BPSFL.
I just wanted to "feel" my routine.
I did measure and hit strain metrics tho (4%)
And I upped the pressure to 8.5 Hg in the mity and that felt great.
No discoloration and minimal edema.
I'm going to stay at 8.5 Hg for the remainder of the month.
I know upping the pressure is going to more that likely cause edema more than expansion.

Taking a week off from only 3 weeks of workouts this cycle.
I wasn't getting over 2% post workout elongation for about 2 weeks.
Before my last session I rested 2 days, did a ton of tunica release techniques, even wrapped a heat pad around my shaft during my session, and only hit 1.5% elongation post workout.
I've been stuck at the same BPSFL for about 3 weeks now so hoping this break puts me back on track.
On a different note. I found a video on YouTube of a novice PE'er and he recommends switching to a girth focused routine once your BPSFL is over 5% of your BPEL.
Mine is a little closer to 10%
So maybe that's my issue.

Although it has the ability to do water pumping ill be sticking to air pumping.
Mainly because it's easier.
With Interval pumping you need to release the pressure at the end of each Interval (for me, 2 minutes) and immediately pump back up.
I don't see an easy way to do that with water involved
Yeah we need to do what works for us, and keep the healing and recovery part as of a high priority as the active PE work itself. That have been true for me as well.I'll also be trying to train more frequently for girth.

Also going to be extremely careful I don't over pump. Since pumping is the safest way to gain girth I don't want to get an injury or a blister.
In the past im prone to getting what I think are blood blisters.
I have some hair that grows about 1/2 inch up my shaft, just the name of the game with PE.
When I shave it and pump up, sometimes the hair follicle gets aggravated and I can start to bleed from it.
But my hair follicles are weird. I have like 2-3 hairs that come out of every hair follicle on my body.
