Okey I understand. I'm asking because I get ~ 13% BPFSL increase directly after a good session with LENGTHMASTER 3, doing BTC Bundled Stretches.
My BPFSL go from, 15 cm to 17 cm.
I have gained a lot of length, so in a way I have performed my own study. I did watch BD, but I got a feeling that he was promoting slow gains. Since he was afraid of stretching sorness?
I don't know, I can be wrong. But how many men out there have done this kind of stretching at the intensity I'm doing it. I have even modified the LENGTHMASTER 3 in order to stretch harder.
I gained ~2.7 inches in length in 6 months.

I did intense stretching routines in the past and gained quite a bit.
But I did get injured.... again. And again, and again...
So im cool with a slow approach now.
From my personal experience it got to where I was getting injured and then tried to come back at the same intensity for the fear of missing potential gains.
I was too impatient to try to slowly get back to where I was, only to get injured in the process.
Long story short I was taking too many days off due to injury.
I know some guys like yourself are able to stretch the living crap out of your dick and gain significantly fast because of it.
Makes me jealous haha
I guess it all depends on how fast you want to gain.
I'm comfortable enough with my size now to where I'm cool with gains coming slower.
