After my 2nd LM session I'm definitely just sticking with 2 sessions for the day.
I am back up to 30 minutes active PE after only 3 days back so im pretty happy with that.
Currently chilling in my ADS and my ligs are so fatigued.
The goal is to add another 15 minute session hopefully in the next 2-3 days.
Then a 4th set.
Or would it be more beneficial to just do 3×20 minute sessions as opposed to 4×15 minute sessions @huge-girth @MosMaster ?

I think thats the best approach because an added 5 minutes in the LM if you're doing it right is alot of added tension

Just got done with my first one this morning and I have freaking scabs around my pubic hair area from the bundles.
I don't know what to do other than moisture like crazy and lay off bundles for awhile
I'm still going to do another LM session later but I'm not going to be bundling.
I think its because I shaved a couple days ago so the hair that is growing in is like copper wire.

2 hours in ADS

Then wore cockring for 30 minutes
Tomorrow I'm going for 3×20 minute sessions with the LM
I don't know if I'll be able to do girth later that evening but we'll see
Wanted to update and let everyone know I started pumping a different way.
It's called interval pumping.
Pump for 2 minutes at ideal pressure. Release to 0, pump immediately back up to ideal pressure.
Repeat 3-5 timess (6-10 minutes)
Take 2-3 minute rest between sets massaging and edging before going in the tube again.
Right now im doing 20 minutes total in the pump.
6 minute set
Rest
6 minute set
Rest
8 minute set
Done
This causes minimal discoloration that I've ever experienced.
Also makes pumping much more enjoyable from my experience since you're more "active" during your sessions.
Miminal donut effect as well. Erection quality seems to be better in the tube from my experience so far.

Welcome back brother.I took the last 2 months completely off from PE because I felt like I was over working big time.
I felt like my tunica was turning into steel cable and it was taking too much to feel like I was getting any sort of expansion.
I'm doing my length work in the apex extender at the moment.
Only using 4-5lbs of tension and im getting a 2.5% increase from my starting measurement and my routine is only 33 minutes total.
So the break/reset I did served its purpose as a fresh start for new growth.
The science says you only need 2% length increase post workout for growth so I'm going to continue this workout for the foreseeable future and see what kind of results I get.

I've been watching alot of videos of BD and his partner mcswerve, creator of the apex extender.
I know there's too many chefs in the kitchen when it comes to PE but I really like their approach and I want something to switch things up.
BD researches articles and studies that quite frankly I don't have time to do myself so he's pretty much done all the work, put it to the test, posted his results, so I figured I'd try it out.
My cock have been through a lot lately.
If I calculate he have grown: 12.7 cm to ~19.5 cm = 6.8 cm => ~ 2.7 inches in length (BPEL).
He deserve some rest.
