I just got the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]TLC[/words] [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]tugger[/words] yesterday and so far have been using it for hour sessions. I quite like the stretch but I'm worried about the fluid build up. I'm getting fluid building in a similar way to which you would with the vacextender/autoextender.
Is fluid build up directly related to blisters? Should I use tape with the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]TLC[/words] [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]tugger[/words]? Does fluid build up reduce with conditioning?
I think supra said in his post he wore it for 4-6 hours at a time. I'm worried the fluid build up will cause damage to the skin if I do that.
I'm not sure if there's many people using [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]TLC[/words] devices out there, but hopefully someone has some experience.
