Tired? Overworking? Turtling?

Hi, so I'm doing DLD's Newbie [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Batmate[/words] routine and after my workouts my dick doesn't hold the pump as long as it did. It usually last an hour and than my flaccid just doesn't look good. However, this all started when I took 3 days off. Should I fight through it? Is my dick just adapting to the change?

Sometimes this is the best method. Taking oneself off a routine completely and starting, again, with basics can be the reset button on any routine. It helps bring focus and perspective on efforts and engrain the basics back into the fabric of the future work.
