Time spent on PE

I was wondering how much time you guys spend each altogether on Penis Enlargement.... not including kegeling.

I spend about 20-25 min

I spend between 30-60 minutes on stretching and about the same on girth work, I have cut that down a little at the moment though because I am concentrating on getting rid of an upward curve.

...I also realise now that 10-30 minutes a day isn't good enough for me, I just wanted a quick fix to make my dick bigger. It's not that simple, after hearing that some people spend a couple of hours daily on Penis Enlargement I thought what the hell, if I want to gain then I have to put the effort in.
It's a simple formula: The more you put in = The more you get out

(obviously you have to be careful to not overtrain)

Crap.... I spend about 30 minutes total. Im only 1 week into DLD's newbie program, but I definitely want more results quicker. Anything I can add or do?

heh, don't get me wrong, you don't wanna start off too extreme, like I said for the first couple of months I only did around 30 minutes a day, also, there are a lot of people who HAVE gained well by spending 30 minutes a day on Penis Enlargement.
One thing I have learned from here is that EVERYONE is deifferent, what works for you may not work for someone else, this is the reason I upped my time from 30 minutes to between 1-2 hours, because 30 minutes wasn't working out for me!
