Time of day and doing PE

This is to do with morning wood and it's effects on Penis Enlargement.

I'm aware that all guys have erections during sleep and this continues after waking up (aka "morning wood"). For the last 2 days, I've done my routine (length stretching only) about 30 minutes after a quick late-afternoon nap. I've found that I've been getting hard while stretching during these post-nap stretch sessions and, as you can guess, it's making stretching very difficult.

I have the following questions regarding this:
- What causes morning wood? (I've heard that it's to do with increased testoterone levels during sleep which leads to more erections, but would appreciate views on this).
- Does morning wood occur consistently even after a short nap, or does it only happen after extended periods of sleep (i.e. 4+ hours of sleep)?
- How long after waking up should I give myself to get back to a TOTAL flaccid state (thereby allowing me to continue my stretches most effectively)?

I'm thinking that if sleep has this kind of adverse effect on my stretching, I'm probably better-off doing my Penis Enlargement routine last thing at night before I go to bed (although, I'll probably be falling asleep with my cock still in my hands).

Nocturnal penile tumescence is caused by spiking hormone levels. It's cyclic in nature and can occur during naps as well. As for the morning erection, the consensus is that it's caused by pressure on the bladder. You should wait until after you've urinated and your penis is totally flaccid to start.
