I didnt know were to put this so i just put it here, but i just want to share one idea that i have and probably a lot of people have here.
I think the only way to have permanent gains is having a 10EQ, because if you have less than that your penis doesnt "use" all the penis, i mean the blood doesnt, so then your penis will just get smaller.
That is based on the theory of "use it, or lose it".
Do you think the same guys??, in that sense we should all practice kegels all the days, even if we stop the PE in some point (unless you have sex all days hahah).
PS: i think also for the same reason when we decide stop PE, even if it is for some months, we should continue with jelqs for some time before, to "use" all penis before and be sure the blood will use it all.
