Help guys

I have lost my shortcut to the ultimate all in one girth/length exercise that was posted on this forum. I can't remember who it was by, maybe Stillwantmore, ancient china, red or supra.

Can anyone help??

The exercise involved ballooning, graping the base of your dick and holding it for 30 seconds, then performing a 10 second jelq and finalling doing another squeeze for 10 seconds. This is repeated 10-20 times

To be frank with you levista i did have a search through supra's past posts using the search engine but as i didn't really have the time to sit and read all 500 of them I decided to ask someone for a little help if thats OK with you.

No offense intended Inkyoctopuss.
It's an ongoing gripe of mine when people start new threads rather than use the search, thereby pushing better, informative threads down the pages. If you did indeed make a stab at it I apologise. Supra is a hell of a posting machine lets face it.

My understanding of search engines is no they cannot index forums like this as the pages dont physically exist, but are generated "on the fly" each request by a user.

I just did a quick double check and this seems to be the case.
