So I have been out of PEing for a while and now I want to go back.
I'd like to go through the The Ultimate 5 Phase Penis Enhancing Program. Phase 1 would be a good place to start.
Before starting, I just have a few simple questions:
1. Do you warm up before the basic stretching AND warm down after, or do you warm down only after the Basic Jelqing later during the day?
2. Is the routine done everyday? Every other day?
3. Are part 1-2-3 of the PC Muscle Routine all done at the same time or there can be several hours in between the 3 different parts?
4. There is no mention of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ACE[/words]. Should I still begin to use it?
