[THE LADY STRETCH] extreme stretch

Hi guys,
I want to introduce an exercise that I discovered that brought me an insane stretch of the inner ligaments. During the subsequent stretching of the penis I could stretch it much further. I call this exercise the "Lady stretch". I think it's some kind of expressive stretching and it goes like this:

Position: Sitting. Take the left hand and stretch your penis so that you can grip the penis at the extreme base with your right hand. The stretch is performed only at the base, so you can release your left hand once you have the grip with your right hand. Pull your penis now to the upper right, then cross your left leg over you right (like how a lady sits). In this position pull the penis to the upper right as much as you feel comfortable with. Now lock this hand position. The insane stretch now comes by positioning your left leg normally again. If you then turn you left leg outward (to the left) you'll notice an extreme stretch of the ligaments. Keep in mind to hold your penis/hand in the position I told you.

This sounds like a great Expressive Stretch. Good work sorolo, I will try this tonight in my stretching session.

That's why you've gotta try them out step by step.

Step 1 - While sitting, use the left hand to stretch the penis outwards
Step 2 - Use right hand to grab the extreme base, let go of the left hand
Step 3 - Expressive Stretch by pulling your shaft up and to the right
Step 4 - Take your left leg, cross it over your right leg, while you continue pulling up and to the right
Step 5 - Slowly move your left leg back to normal sitting position, you'll feel a stretch in the ligaments
Step 6 - Now move your left leg/thigh outward to the left as if something is pushing your legs open. The stretch in the ligaments becomes more intense.

That's exactely how I'm doing it, thanks TreasureHunter!
I cross my left leg over my right leg because I can then pull further in the upper right direction an lock my hand+penis in this position. When i move my leg back to normal the stretch becomes immense.
