It's a vacuum-based system and it's a bit pricey for what you get. I would recommend you go with either mynewsize's maxvac (www.mynewsize.com) or static stretcher's heavy duty (www.staticstretcher.com).

I've used them both although I stopped using the maxvac because of some issues I had with vacuum but I continue to use the SS heavy.

I jelq, I hang and I finish up using the heavy. My last round of Penis Enlargement brought me nearly 3/4" (if I have top-notch EQ then 3/4+).

Hey Moregains123,any reason why the jelqing before the hanging?I'm just curious if hanging,then jelquing would be as effective,followed by the heavy duty.And what springs do you use for the heavy duty,and for about how long do you wear it?Hope to hear from you soon.Thank you.

Actually the jelqing is after hanging. You shouldn't jelq and then hang because of the expansion you get. It'll make wrapping and tightening the hanger troublesome.

I use the SS HD for between 1 and 3 hours after a hang. I always use the 3 lb. springs (total of 6 lbs.) and just vary the compression of them.

Oh goodness, why would anyone recommend anything from mynewsize?! The product is cheaply made, won't last, way beyond expensive, and the chance of your order ever getting processed and delivered is next to unlikely, or at best, a few months. There are tons of guys who haven't received their orders in months and no communication replies at all.

I myself waited a month just to get it processed and once I saw it, I realized I wouldn't have spent more than 5 dollars on it had I seen it beforehand. Oh, and you just might get disgusting and painful blisters using it as well. Not recommended!

I wasn't sure if all that stuff about mynewsize was 100% true actually. When I bought a Max Vac a couple of years ago I didn't have any troubles. Given your updated info, I'll retract the recommendation.

I know static stretcher is a good company because I've been dealing with them for a couple of years and have always gotten great service.

I first used TheGRIP a few years ago and liked it. It is pricey, but it was a product that worked. Sadly I went overboard and ended up hanging 4+ hours a day and extending for the rest of the time, going over 14 hours a day at 5 lbs+ and all night at over 1 lbs, it really killed my dick. I couldn't recommend it over the Static Stretcher because I've never tried one, but that system might be better.
