Testicle Stretch does the opposite?

Hello!

I have been doing some testicle stretches where i stretch penis and the scrotal sac in opposite directions provided in the Testicle and health massage routine.
I did this randomly before sleep. I did not do any massage by the way, because i thought the stretch was the reason to cure turkey neck, and i didn't care that much about testicle health.

What happend now is that on the right side my scrotal skin has got excessive. It's more skin there making the appearance sloppier. The excessive skin is covering the visuality of my penis base even more.

What has happend during PE is that the scrotal has come forward and inner penis has come outward. While inward penis is coming forward, the scrotal sack doesn't go backward to hang under the beginning of the "new" penis root/base.
Instead the scrotal sack is still connected to the old penis root. I just want the scrotal sack to go back to the body, to the "new" penis root, instead of coming forward as the penis seems to visually do. I don't want to increase the scrotal skin amount x)

You need to stretch with perfect balance. If things are now out of balance favor the side that needs correction. From there be very even as you continue.

Yeah if possible try to focus on that side that needs work

Yes, but i'm not sure if it is supposed to be as the right side? Should it hang more and get sloppier, is that the main goal? In that case my right side is more like that, but not my left.
I'm just confused if i'm doing it right. When the scrotum gets sloppy my base is not as exposed because more scrotal skin is covering it now, on the right side.
 
You should be pulling all loose skin back towards the scrotum in this stretch! If you do not, you will end up with TN. If one side is uneven favor the other. But if you do not want low hanging balls do not do the exercise at all. Some men like a smaller, higher scrotum that does not look so sloppy.
