I've been following Dashdeming's Hardcore Hanging method, hanging 20 mins a day for about 8 months now. I am up to 20 lbs currently. I gained around 0.75 inches total following this method of hanging. I've been thinking a lot lately and have been reading Bib's posts. He talks a lot fatigue and that your best gains come from when you are riding the fatigue. I've been thinking about switching from "hardcore hanging" to lower weights and more sets due to the fact that hanging has become so uncomfortable as I go up in weight that it's unbearable. The fact that I'm uncut, makes it 100 times worse. I think I'm done with high weights and will focus on more time instead. I was using the Bib Starter (great product), but I'm also going to be purchasing the LG Hanger as I've read that it's ideal for uncut guys. For me it's all about comfort. I'm also going to be doing some [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] healing (purchased my [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words] [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]Tugger[/words]).
So my question would be:
Can you decondition your ligaments just by stopping hanging? How long should I take a break for so that I can reach fatigue at lower weights?
Also, can I use an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] in the meantime since it is a low force method?
