What is the consensus on taking a short break to get back down to ~70%-80% erect while jelqing?
I wonder if I should be adding reps to compensate. We are talking like 30 seconds to 1 minute of just stopping and thinking about something else. Not several minutes usually.
I remember reading somewhere about it being very bad to jelq above that level of erection, but can't find it. It's not comfortable so wouldn't want to anyway.
