I know you are very PROACTIVE in hanging but, I own my own business in the public sector so, stretching and jelqing is easy BUT HANGING WOULD BE AFTER WORK. If you could give me a moderate routine I would deeply appreciate it. I am looking for a 9" x 7" result, not too crazy for expectations... basically 1" x 1".
