You will struggle to build a good routine if you only have a basic
weight set,do you have any equipment bench ect.
No need to train 5 days a week if your natural 3 would be better sticking to the big basic compound movements, basic principle of BB,powerlifting, weightlifting is getting stronger on the big compound movements,as you get stronger you grow.
With basic equipment an example routine would look something like this
Monday.
legs
Squats
stiff legged deadlift
calf raise
wed.
chest/shoulders/tris
Some sort of bench press,dumbell,barbell
weighted dips
military press
skull crushers
fri.
back/biceps
Chins
bentover barbell row
deadlift
barbell curl
Diet really is the key to making gains, get your diet on track for only a couple of months and you will notice a big improvement.
Here is a good thread that might be of help.
http://www.muscletalk.co.uk/m_915134/mpage_1/key_budget/tm.htm
This is a homemade mrp i use, much cheaper and just as effective as expensive mrps/weightgainers.
4 tblsp skimmed milk powder
2 scoops - 40g whey powder
1 tblsp flaxseed/rapeseed/olive oil
1 banana - or cup of mixed berries
½ pint skimmed milk
Going of what you have said i would really forget about spending any cash on testosterone enhancing products,if your diet and training arn't up to scratch then you won't see any gains apart from maybe some water bloat.
