With getting more serious with Penis Enlargement I had purchased some stuff and want to get some feedback.
Vitamin E- I heard its good as a blood thinner if I remember correctly, i have read 1) to take it orally or 2) to actually apply the liquid from the caplet to the penis, not sure which is correct or if it even helps at all.
Vitamin C- cant remember how and what specifically it does in regards to Penis Enlargement
Yohimbe-I heard it was good for the penis not sure if its true, how it works or what other effects can or cant be gained with it

At all costs I want to stay away from actual drugs or steroids, much rather go herbal and things found in nature
Also if I were to do all day stretching anything to help or increase at the speed of the breaking down and regenerating of the skin cells besides what the body does naturally, but for all I know the Vitamin E, C or the Yohimbe might do it, just not sure.
Any advice with gains you have experienced or if this combo is a bad idea, or something to add to it,suggestions? and help appreciated
