Hey, I just recently started up a supplement regimen. I'm currently taking a multi-vitamin, fish oil, flax seed, calcium, vitamin D, C, and B-12, a long with loose green tea.
I plan not to take the multi-vitamin everyday because I only take one before work for energy. My question is should I take the other stuff seven days a week for the rest of my life? Or should I take breaks from the supplements, such as 5 days on 2 off?
Can my body get used to taking the supplements, or is there a particular vitamin I should take breaks from and ones that can be used every single day? Your help will be much appreciated, I'm having trouble finding info on this subject. I just got one of those weekly pill organizers too so I would like to know which ones I can take daily. Thank you
