Such a thing as TOO many kegels?

I am curious what everyone does as far as kegels. I am doing 600-700 2 second kegels everyday now. Is this too many? Not enough?

I started on here about 7 months ago and got up to 500-600 1 second kegels then dropped down to 300 2 second kegels and worked my way back up to where I am at now. Should I drop down to 300 reps for 3 seconds and work back up---or is what I am doing enough?

I dunno man, I mean at the moment I don't do any set number in a day, but I do lots. There's no organisation to them, I just do them when I'm bored, and that muscle is freakin huge now, I wouldn't worry about over working it... I've been doin them for over 5 years and never had a problem, I mean if it's tired, you simply won't be able to do any more, just like any other muscle I think.
 
If you do too many too fast then your PC muscle will be too sore to hold an erection, and you will know by feel exactly what is wrong. If your erections are still improving then don't worry.
 
Do as many as you feel comfortable with.

My routine started with holds which I stair stepped up to sets of 15 min but I got bored with that.

Then I went to 1 to 2 second pumps for 1 hour while driving to work then the same on the way home. That equates to about 3500 to 6000 per day, depending upon the tempo.

Now I'm mixing it up with 1 second pumps going to work then 4 to 5 second squeezes on the way home.

Logically, I just don't see how creating bloodflow to the area can hinder any progress. The stronger the PC muscle the better. The fatter my cock gets the stronger I want my PC to be in order to maintain my erection.

Crank up the radio and go for it.
 
There was a time when I would do quick flexes for 1 hour, averaging 3 flexes a second, wich makes around 10 000 flexes I think... Anyway, along that time I started to develop lower back pain. I continued on, and kept getting lower back pain. But then I stopped doing them when I took a break from pe for a bit, and the pain went away. I started again doing 30 mins of pc flexes and the pain came back. So I figured that the pain was related to me overworking my pc and maybe damaging a nerve or something. You know, just like when you pinch a nerve in your neck, it hurts in other places as well. I've never done as much pe ever again.

The PC is a muscle, unlike the penis, it needs time to heal to get stronger. Nowadays I do maybe 25 quick flexes here and there maybe 3-4 times a day and I'm harder than ever, can control my orgasms alot better, and can shoot further.

That's crazy because I've noticed after I've been doing my little routine for a while I too feel some form of a contraction in my back.

What I did was try to isolate my whole body where tension is when I do a kegel. Sometimes my toes squeeze together, other times I kind of lift my whole torso upwards.

Next time you're into your routine watch your physical reaction to a kegel and I'll bet you also tend to tighten your lower back muscles at the same time you do a kegel.

I thought I was gonna pull a hamstring one day when I was doing a long kegel...crazy.
 
I notice when I kegal my heart starts to race, and I get scared I am going to either have a heart attack, or a panic attack. Anyone notice their heart rate increase?
