I would add a warm-up and or lengthmaster with MOS RED.
You need something more in this routine to get the most out of the pumping.
Right now I am doing 30 min stretches and bundle stretches with RED LIGHT, then I do 5 x 5 x 3 , I don't need light during pumping since I get fresh warm water after each 5 min break.

Is that the reservoir?Sounds like there is a leaking point between the trigger pump and the water reservoir. Try setting up the water pumping, but only use air. Dip the hoses and the reservoir into the sink full of water and slowly pump. This is reveal if there is a leak somewhere, as there will be ponding water at the leaking point.
Make sure to keep the hose and trigger pump out of the water, and have the pump at the highest position to prevent the water from getting into the trigger pump.

Once a day, 3 days on, 1 day off is a good starting routine. You can even start at 2 days on, 1 day off. Over time you can go as many as 5 on, or even at times, 6 on, 1 off. Yes, that is correct. One at the base, one below the glans, and squeeze the pressure in between. You can even double up at the base of the penis and do a full squeeze upwards to expand the glans as well. I do that to keep my glans larger than the rest of the penis.I think one downfall for why im not making gains could be how im performing the SSJs

Noooooooooo!!!!I took a quick video of what happens when i put water into the mityvac as i was struggling to explain it properly. The handle also completely comes loose after a few pushes of it.
