When I do my stretches(basic down, up, down right and left), I dont really feel the stretch. I pull the hell out of it but dont really feel much. Also I am never soar, I always read people posts about how sore they are from stretching...Whats the deal? Im guessing I should feel more when stretching.
Also can someone please explain what lig and tunica are? What stretches for working each one?
