stretching question

im not sure if im stretching correctly...when i stretch it kinda feels like im just stretching my skin out. Are you supposed to feel a stretch on the inside of your dick? or am i not pulling hard enough or something?

Im not sure how Hard im supposed to go when i jelq/strech...am i supposed to do it hard enough til it hurts?

Stretching usually is only felt in the skin and at the ligaments (at the extreme base of penis). Some guys will feel soreness after working out while others don't. It is best to trust the ruler than how it feels.
