So jelqing and newb stretching havent been giving me any gains lately (read my routine log for more info). So i've decided to do dld's girth busters from the pay site b/c my 4.6-4.7 needledick does not suffice. My question is, I know the girth busters routine will take somewhere near an hour. So which routine should I do ?
a) day 1: girth busters, day 2: stretching 30 mins day 3: girth busters
b) day 1: stretching + busters, day 2: off, day 3: same as day 1
c) day 1: busters, stretching, day 2: stretching, day 3: busters
I'd really rather not do stretching and busters on the same day b/c it will take too much time and my time is limited. But if u guys think i should do it, please let me know.
Also, i've been doing the new routine for almost 5 total weeks. Should i ease into the girth busters? Like instead of doing 10 sets of dry's do 5 and like 2 sets of wets maybe instead of 5 ?
