stretched for a few minutes and bruised?

what the fuvk okay check this shit out, i was streching my dong out right, just like pulling it away from my body, and i just left it out there for like 3-5 minutes, and i look down after and its all misshaped and shit, then finally aftera minute it came back to normal size an dshit but its all black and blue in some places, will tihs black and blue go away or whats the deal, IM TRIPPING!

Naw just kidding, where is the bruising at??? On the head?? Then that might be somewhat normal, Where you were gripping??? Too tight of a grip.

How many Penis Enlargement sessions have you done??? New at it and hold a stretch for 5 mins and you will get a black and blue penis!

it was my first time, i just remember reading on this board to stretch that shit for like 20 minutes. so i tried it for like 5!! and i looked down an dwas like what the fuck!!!! will it be okay? it is black and blue kidn of like a bruise it looks like. i just dont want that shit there permanently.

You're not supposed to hold the stretch for that long... geez, no wonder you got bruised and discolored! Most people recommend doing sets of no more than 30-60 seconds for a TOTAL of 20 minutes for starters (or however long you plan on dedicating to stretching).

You should be fine, though. Just give it some rest, and next time around DON'T repeat that mistake. :blush:

i only did it for liek 5 to 7 minutes, what do you mean when you say your not suppose to hold a stretch for that long, then you say most people do total of 20 minutes for sets of no more than 30 to 60 seconds. Do you mean you take a break in between each set or whats the deal!?


and if anyone has any begginer advice like what should i do for my first month everyday? Thanks again

Yep hold your stretch for about 30 to 60 seconds. Then release. Let your dick rest for a about a min or two then stretch again for about 30 to 60 seconds. That is how we do it. Also be carful on how tight you grip and how hard you tug! Red spots are normal after a good stretch session, so is a weak erection. Because your dick is wore out. The red spots will go away with time and getting used to the routine!
