stretch vets please help

has any one here gained from stretches alone.
so far ive been doing only the strech part of phase 1
and also do the kegal part of it been doin it for three months now
and have gained .25 in flacid and erect any one who has gained from
manual streches please share your experience.
 
I'm not kidding when i say this, but thats pretty good dude. I have been doing only stretching and kegals for almost a year and a half and I've only gained 3/4 of an inch so far. The only thing I can suggest is to try and bump up your intensity a litle bit or rather than 3 of each stretch move up to 4.

thanx for the replie im focusing only on length for now so after the six month marker
i wii probably do duel dld blasters i hear its the ultimate in length routine .
 
thanx pepe im gonna follow this routine until i gain 1 inch then go in to some blasters to
gain another inch my routine is i do length and kegal part of phase one but i do the whole length part twice a day after i complete 3 more .25 i want to do the dld blasters
twice a day with the kegel part after that i might go into hanging maybe
but for now manuals is what i like right now
