Stretch marks right under the glans

Hey guys!
I'm new at all this PE stuff. I've started stretching and jelqing, have been doing it for a while. However, I started noticing some stretch marks parallel to the shaft right under the glans, on my foreskin... I'm pretty sure this is caused by the stretching because I had jelqed before for like a month and never noticed anything like that.
I want to get rid of them cause it just looks bad.
Any help with that would be truly appreciated!!! Thank you!
